Minerva Properties is pleased to announce the grand opening of C Changes Hair Studio at the Town Center at Heron Bay. The full service salon features a family atmosphere and specializes in haircuts for clients of all ages. C Changes is the first salon for owner Christine McNichol who has 15 years of industry experience.

C Changes opened for business on September 1, 2008 and through the month of September will run a grand opening special of $9.99 per haircut for everyone, wash and set for $20 and relaxer special for $35 Monday through Wednesday. Senior citizens will receive an additional 20% off their service.
When completed, Town Center at Heron Bay will incorporate a mix of retail, office and medical facilities. The commercial center will encompass ten acres and will contain 86,238 square feet, including 23,602 square feet of high-visibility retail space, with drive through outlets. The center includes space for three restaurants. The remaining retail space will be reserved for retail and office.
