ATLANTA, Ga. --- Ryland Homes in Atlanta announced they are offering designer kitchens upgrades valued up to $15,000 to buyers of to-be-built single-family homes in over 20 Atlanta-area communities through Sept. 30.
Bill Carter, vice president of sales and marketing at Ryland Homes Atlanta division, said the Ryland Right Now sales event offers new home buyers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, stainless steel undermount sink, upgraded cabinets, tile backsplash and upgraded faucet as part of the designer kitchen promotion as well as closing costs up to $7,500 through Ryland Mortgage Co. Ryland Homes will also waive select financing fees, Carter added.
