Peach Grove Villas, an Epcon Community has become a Columbia success story. Since we welcomed our first homeowner 15 months ago, 33 homes have closed and 65 homes have been put under contract. Residents have already started moving in and 33 families currently call Peach Grove Villas home. By the end of summer 2010, Peach Grove Villas projects to have 50 occupied homes! That's about half-occupied for this Columbia Epcon Community. Peach Grove Villas expects to be 100% under contract by the end of 2010.
