Ashton Woods Homes Unveils Four New Model Town Homes Priced From The Low $200s At Savannah Park At Heathrow
ORLANDO, Fla. --- Ashton Woods Homes has opened four new model town homes priced from the low $200s in Savannah Park located off Heathrow International Parkway and Wilson Road at Heathrow in north Seminole County.
Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing at Ashton Woods Homes in the Orlando and Tampa regions, said Ashton Woods Homes is building 156 new two, three, and four-bedroom town homes at Savannah Park at Heathrow that range in size from 1,549 square feet of living space to 1,9741square feet.
Roche said some of the town homes at Savannah Park at Heathrow feature floor plans with master suites on the ground floor.
Savannah Park at Heathrow features a community swimming pool and 1,800 square foot clubhouse, Roche said.
