Centex to unveil new model and start Presales of 60 New Town Homes Priced >From Under $200,000 at Gated Sutton Place in Altamonte Springs
MAITLAND, Fla. – Centex Homes will start presales of 60 new two and three bedroom town homes priced from under $200,000 in mid October at Sutton Place, a gated community located off SR 436 and Pearl Lake Causeway in Altamonte Springs.
Carol Ann Barody, sales and marketing director for Centex Homes in the Orlando region, said the three story town homes offer two car garages on the ground floor.
Centex Homes is building a community swimming pool at Sutton Place, Barody said.
