Fairway Villas Does It Again!!!
The Fairway Villas Team was the recipient of 2 additional National Awards this year at the EPCON Communities Builders Conference in Pasadena, California in March, 2008.
We were awarded with “Franchise of the Year” and “Mentor of the Year”. These 2 additional awards bring the total to 4 of the possible 6 highest honors that a Builder Partner in the EPCON Communities system can be awarded. Fairway Villas was chosen out of 126 active Builder Partners and over 200 Communities Nationwide.
In addition to the awards for “Best Community Center” and Best Landscape Design” we received last year, the “Franchise of the Year” is awarded to the Builder Partner that achieves the highest quality product, achieves a remarkable experience for their homeowners and achieves the highest homeowner satisfaction. The “Mentor of the Year” is awarded to a Builder Partner by other builder partners in the EPCON Communities system for the most assistance in increasing their quality, owner satisfaction and business model.
