Buying a new home is a big decision, and for Jason McNeeley, it was a big decision that would affect a big family. Jason, along with his wife, four children, mother and mother-in-law, spent almost four years looking for the right fit before finding the perfect home at HighPoint in Brehm’s Lake Hills Reserve.

“HighPoint had everything we were looking for in a new home,” said Jason, two months after getting settled into his beautiful new residence. “And after looking at new homes for more than three years, my wife and I had figured out exactly what we needed. We were able to configure our spacious home to suit all of our family needs, and the value that Brehm’s homes represent in terms of square footage per dollar was unbeatable. It took us all of ten minutes to make an offer.”

What made HighPoint such a great fit for the McNeeley family? “There was a separate suite downstairs for my mom, a loft upstairs that converted into a bedroom for two of our kids to share and a master bedroom retreat that makes a wonderful nursery,” said Jason. “Plus, I also have an ideal office space. The floor plan just works perfectly for our family.”

Beyond the indoor spaces, the McNeeleys are excited about the outdoor area his home provides and the community itself. “We’ve always liked Lake Hills Reserve because it has its own elementary school,” said Jason. “And the sweeping views of city lights in the valley below are just incredible. Our new home offers seclusion and tranquility, which is a rarity in many planned communities where neighbors are often quite close. We really only have one neighbor, due to the way our home is situated—and they’re just really nice people.”

“We chose HighPoint at Lake Hills Reserve for both practical reasons and for the price value,” McNeeley continued. “But in the future if we’re looking for another home, we’ll seek out a Brehm community because of the truly impressive service we’ve received. We feel like they went out of their way to make things work for us, and that makes us feel pretty loyal to Brehm.”

HighPoint, which just released an incredible selection of custom-like homesites, showcases homes ranging in size from 3,684 to 4,924 square feet and features three to five bedrooms. HighPoint is priced from the low $500,000s.

The neighborhood of RockRidge, priced from the low $400,000s, showcases beautiful homes that range in size from 2,498 to 3,463 square feet and feature three to six bedrooms.  Only two homes remain at StoneView, which is priced from $407,900.  The homes range from 2,955 to 4,087 square feet with three to five bedrooms. The neighborhood of SilverSage, which features large cul-de-sac homesites, presents homes that range from 4,227 to 5,411 square feet of living space and are priced from the mid $500,000s.

Situated on a vast expanse of 750 acres, the master-planned community of Lake Hills Reserve offers residents an ideal mountaintop locale removed from city life, yet close to the many cultural and educational amenities of Riverside County. Additionally, Lake Hills Reserve is just minutes from spectacular shopping at Riverside Plaza, the Galleria at Tyler and University Village.
