Maravilla Estates, a gated community for active adults in San Jacinto, announces a new August Homebuyer Special: Complete landscaping with patio and built-in barbecue.
The offer features front and rear-yard landscaping with an irrigation system, sod, plants, concrete patio and built-in stainless steel barbecue. The offer is only available for a limited time to qualified buyers and details are available at the sales center.
Model homes recently opened at Maravilla Estates with five floor plans ranging from 1,502 to 2,071 square feet. Residences offer 2 to 3 bedrooms with 2 to 2 ½ baths and are priced from the mid-$200,000s. There are four single-level plans and one two-level plan.

Select plans in Phase 1 are completed and ready for move-ins within 30 days. At least one resident must be at least 55 years old.
