SHEA HOME'S TAPESTRY SHINES AS A GOLD NUGGET

Tapestry by Shea Homes, an innovative neighborhood of detached condominium homes located within the master-planned community of McMillin Lomas Verdes in the Otay Ranch area of Chula Vista, was recently awarded with an esteemed Gold Nugget Award for Best Single Family Detached Home in the Western United States at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference.

"We are very delighted to earn such a credential," stated Vanessa Linn, vice president of sales and marketing at Shea Homes. "Gold Nuggets honor creative achievements in architectural design and land use planning and it's quite an honor to know Tapestry is recognized among the top-notch projects in the West."

Tapestry is made up of detached tri-level condominium homes ranging from 1,822 to 2,253 square feet. Designed in Spanish, Craftsman, Cottage and Monterey architecture, the homes feature three to four bedrooms and 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 bathrooms. Select plans at Tapestry also offer private entrances, first-floor bedrooms, master suites with a separate tub and shower, third-floor loft, kitchen islands, spacious laundry rooms and gas-burning fireplaces. Priced in the high $300,000s, these homes include an attached two-car garage.

The Tapestry sales center, located at 1805 Olive Green St., is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and 1 to 6 p.m. Monday. For more information on Tapestry, visit sheahomes.com or call (619) 482-0720.
