Pardee Homes is rolling out the 'green carpet' as they introduce an exciting, environmentally friendly new home neighborhood on February 13th. LivingSmart Homes by Pardee can be seen in two Inland Empire communities: Canyon Hills in Lake Elsinore and Tournament Hills in Beaumont. A total of eight floor plans will be available; four model homes in each location. All homes will include a wealth of energy-saving, water-conserving and earth-friendly features.

A new year and new neighborhood were cause for excitement at Pardee's Terramar in north San Diego County. There were easily more than a thousand people who toured the model homes on grand opening day, according to Matt Sauls. Pardee is thrilled with the response and reports that five homes were sold the first week.
