Ashton Woods Homes Reports Quarterly Net Sales up More Than 55 Percent in Orlando Over Last Year

ORLANDO, Fla. – Ashton Woods Homes in Orlando reports that sales during the past fiscal quarter jumped more than 55 percent over the same period last year.

Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Homes in the Orlando region, said the homebuilder’s net sales from June 1 through Aug. 31 in seven Orlando communities totaled 56 new town homes, single-family homes and condominiums.

During the same period in 2007, Ashton Woods Homes sold 31 new homes.
