Local Condominium Community Defies the Odds by Continuing to Thrive
The Villages at Brookside announces launch of a new neighborhood
Bourne, MA – In a bold move, Northland Residential Corporation announced today that it intends to capitalize on its strong track record of sales at The Villages at Brookside in Bourne, by launching yet another “neighborhood” within the condominium community. Expanding on Brookside’s winning formula, the land plan for The Fairways calls for constructing these townhomes as duplexes, affording each home maximum natural light and stunning views of the fairways. They will be further enhanced with a series of appointments chosen to reflect the company’s commitment to “Green” building.
