IRVINE, Calif., October 13, 2008 – Intergulf Development Group has announced that Astoria, the only high-rise luxury residential development located within Central Park West, has reached 90 percent completion and is slated for occupancy in late October. Distinguished for its East Coast living on the West Coast, Astoria features two luxury condominium towers located within the tree-lined, 43-acre master-planned Central Park West, Orange County’s first and only master-planned community.
