AVALON PARK GROUP TO RELOCATE TO NEW CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS IN DOWNTOWN AVALON PARK IN NOVEMBER
ORLANDO, Fla. --- Avalon Park Group, the developer of Avalon Park located off Alafaya Trail in east Orlando, has started construction of a three-story, 40,000 square foot office building at 3680 Avalon Park Blvd. located in downtown Avalon Park that will serve as the development firm’s new corporate headquarters.
Brendon Dedekind, director of leasing and business development for Avalon Park Group, said the firm will occupy 10,000 square feet in the new building in November.
