Central Florida Real Estate Veteran Troy Fletcher Joins Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty
ORLANDO, Fla. --- Veteran Central Florida real estate executive Troy Fletcher has joined Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty.
Roger Soderstrom, owner and founder of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty (www.StirlingSIR.com), said Fletcher will move into offices at the firm’s world marketing center, the Global Gallery (www.GlobalGalleryUSA.com), in the penthouse of The Plaza in downtown Orlando.
Soderstrom said Fletcher will focus on expanding strategic marketing alliances with builders and developers, assist in recruiting new clients for Stirling Sotheby’s International Auction Services (www.AuctionsByStirling.com), and work closely with lending institutions to develop strategies to sell non-performing assets and developer close outs.
“Troy Fletcher has been one of the most successful real estate managers in Central Florida for more than 20 years and he will play an important role in the growth of Stirling Sotheby’s Global Gallery, our New Home Division, and International Auction Services,” Soderstrom said.
Fletcher was instrumental in developing the Merrill Lynch Realty brand in the 1980s which is now a part of Coldwell Banker NRT. In 2003, Fletcher joined the St. Joe Company as director of sales for St. Joe Towns and Resorts.
