Emerson International Negotiates Six Lease Renewals Totaling More Than 25,000 Square Feet at Sanlando Office Center in Longwood
LONGWOOD, Fla. – Emerson International recently negotiated six lease renewals totaling more than 25,000 square feet at its 100,000-square-foot Sanlando office development in Longwood.
Pierre de Amezola, director of sales and marketing at Emerson International said leasing associate Sean Westcott representing the landlord, Emerson, negotiated all six transactions with the following tenants:
PRC renewed its long-term lease of 14,051 square feet in the 2180 Sanlando building. The company based in Plantation, Fla. was represented by Sarah Castor with Strictly Commercial.
Westcott handled lease renewals with the following at tenants in the 2170 Sanlando Center:
Robert J. Rogers, who renewed his lease of 2,586 square feet; Dequattro Enterprises, Inc. 2,549 square feet; Sunbelt Title Agency 2,435 square feet; Xerox Corporation 2,072 square feet and The Closing Table renewed a lease for the 1,564 square feet it occupies.
