Fortress Construction Group Awarded $1 Million Contract to Renovate Golf Clubhouse at Alaqua Lakes
LONGWOOD, Fla. --- Fortress Construction has started work on a $1 million renovation of The Legacy Club at Alaqua Lakes luxury community in Longwood.
Charles Ayers, president of the construction company and former project manager at Alaqua Lakes, said the work will include expanding the dining room, a new ladies locker room, ladies social area and state-of-the-art meeting spaces.
The new improvements, estimated for completion in September, will complement recently finished renovations of the men’s locker room and golf shop at The Legacy Club, said Ayers.
