ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement for 7,260 square feet of industrial space at 1697 W. Broadway in Oviedo
 
Vice president George Viele and Paul P. Partyka, principal and managing partner at NAI Realvest, negotiated the lease agreement representing the landlord, Central Florida Regional Hospital of Sanford.   The new tenant is E&D Enterprises of Orlando, Inc.
