NAI Realvest Negotiates New Office Lease for Healthcare Management Enterprises second Central Florida location
 
MAITLAND, Fla. — NAI Realvest recently negotiated a lease agreement for 2,925 square feet of office space at 6899-91 W. Colonial Drive.
 
Paul P. Partyka, principal and managing partner for NAI Realvest represented the new tenant, Healthcare Management Enterprises, Inc.  Sarasota-based Healthcare Management is establishing its second Central Florida office at the west Orlando facility and additional locations are planned.
 
The landlord is Hiawassee Woods, LLC of Orlando.
