Pelican Bay Development Set to Open 130,000 Square Foot Windermere Business Center on Conroy Road at Turkey Lake Roads
ORLANDO, Fla. --- Pelican Bay Development plans to open the Windermere Business Center within the next 30 days at the corner of Conroy-Windermere Rd. and Turkey Lake Rd. in southwest Orlando.
James Nashman, president of the Bonita Springs-based developer, said the four-story facility features 30,000 square feet of retail condominium space on the ground floor with 100,000 square feet of office condominiums on the upper floors.
Nashman said more than half of available office condominium units have already sold. About 30,000 square feet of office condominium space remains for sale in units that range from 700 square feet to 1,200 square feet.
Nashman said he plans to host a formal grand opening event before the end of the year.
