STIRLING SOTHEBY'S INTERNATIONAL REALTY NAMES CHARLES COOK SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPER
LAKE MARY, Fla. -- Stirling Sotheby's International Realty’s world marketing center has appointed veteran land developer and home builder Charles Cook Senior Business Developer.
Cook is a licensed professional engineer with more than 20 years of experience in land development and home building, including top executive positions with three major national home building companies. He earned his engineering degree from West Virginia University and an MBA from Rollins College in Winter Park.
Cook formerly served as Division President for Lennar Homes in Orlando, Division President for KB Home in Fort Myers and Vice President of Pulte Homes in Orlando and Jacksonville. Over the years, Cook has also focused extensively in the Tampa and Sarasota markets. Upon arriving in Orlando in the mid 1980s he also served as Staff Engineer for Florida Land Company, a major residential and commercial land development company in Central Florida.
