Stirling Sotheby's International Realty promotes Ed Lachcik to Investment Commercial Real Estate Specialist at Heathrow/Lake Mary Office
 
LAKE MARY, Fla. --- Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty has promoted Ed Lachcik to investment/commercial real estate specialist in the firm’s Heathrow/Lake Mary office.
 
Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty, said Lachcik joined Stirling Sotheby’s in 2006 as a residential real estate associate.
 
Lachcik recently received his TransNational Referral Certification from the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA) and the National Association of Realtors.   Lachcik plans to specialize in investment and income producing properties.
 
Soderstrom said Stirling Sotheby’s is expanding its commercial real estate services into each of its Real Estate Galleries with investment/commercial specialists.
 
“Real estate remains a local business and investment and commercial opportunities abound in our local market areas,” said Soderstrom.
