KOVACH MARKETING GOES BICOASTAL

Wednesday, February 25, 2009 / Kovach Marketing

NEWPORT BEACH, CA – Kovach Marketing's expansion has shifted into high gear. In the last three months, the Newport Beach-based agency has opened a new Nevada division and been awarded the marketing account for the master-planned Palamanui community on Hawaii's Big Island. Now Kovach Marketing is going bicoastal with the establishment of a new Florida division based in Tampa.

Spearheading Kovach's entry into the dynamic Florida market is Paula Elliott, who has been named senior client services manager. Elliott brings nearly two decades of real estate and marketing experience to her new position and is an expert in Internet marketing. She knows how to carefully wed traditional print advertising with powerful information-gathering websites, resulting in better lead qualification and lead development. And with the click of the mouse, she knows how to deliver the kinds of media that turn first-time prospects into check-writing customers.

While not limited to these businesses, Kovach's Florida division will focus on applying its “Creative Intelligence” to the marketing of new-home neighborhoods, master-planned communities, hotel and condominium developments and timeshares in the Sunshine State, extending the agency's reach from America's westernmost state to the country's southeastern extremities.

The selection of Paula Elliott to head its Florida division enables Kovach to offer clients extensive knowledge of the local market. Before joining Kovach, Elliott was director of strategy in the Tampa office of Liquid Advertising, a Boston-based website development and advertising agency. Prior to Liquid, she was marketing manager at Newland Communities' MiraBay at Apollo Beach, where she coordinated all marketing efforts for the award-winning 750-acre waterfront master-planned community. In addition, she spent several years in key positions with other leading builders and developers, including Centex Homes and Genstar Land Development.

“At a time when most are narrowing their scope, we believe this is the right opportunity to offer our proven marketing strategies to companies in the Florida market,” stated Dana Lee Kovach, president of Kovach Marketing. “When challenged by today’s marketing conditions, it is important to know what questions to ask and how to apply knowledge and expertise appropriately. We believe that we can ask the questions and supply the answers that will lead to successful marketing campaigns.

“Kovach Marketing’s Newport Beach Studio will give our Florida clients easy access to our creative and marketing resources, while Paula Elliott will bring on-the-ground experience and expertise to companies doing business regionally and globally, providing the same strong competitive edge that our Southern California, Nevada and Hawaii clients enjoy,” concluded Kovach.

As a member of Kovach Group of Companies, Kovach Marketing is a strategic marketing firm, a group of multidimensional, multi-talented professionals who have been providing effective marketing solutions for their clients since 1990. Kovach Marketing continues to demonstrate to their clients that it is not just the campaign budget, a celebrity endorsement, or the size of the marketing firm that translates into meaningful, lasting success; it is their special process of understanding the customer at a nuanced level (intelligence), and allowing that insight to drive the creative expression. As part of this “creative intelligence” process, the Kovach team listens to their clients, analyzes market trends and develops comprehensive programs to fully achieve marketing objectives.

With more than 25 years of experience in marketing, Dana Kovach is a successful Orange County woman business owner and the inspiration behind Kovach Marketing. Her leadership has been instrumental in creating effective communication and corporate identity programs for an impressive roster of Southern California clients.
