KOVACH MARKETING WINS TWO SILVER AWARDS AT THE NATIONALS

Thursday, December 04, 2008 / Kovach Marketing

NEWPORT BEACH, CA – Adding to its long list of accolades, Newport Beach-based Kovach Marketing has won two Silver Awards at The Nationals, the homebuilding industry's most prestigious marketing awards competition. Kovach was honored for Best Graphic Continuity and Best Signage for its efforts on behalf of Hearthside Homes' master-planned Brightwater community in Huntington Beach.

In addition, Kovach's creativity played a key role in earning Brightwater two Silver Awards for Detached Community of the Year. Those awards went to the Brightwater neighborhoods of The Trails and The Cliffs.

All Silver Award winners are finalists for The Nationals' coveted Gold Awards, which will be presented at the International Builders' Show at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas on January 20th.

“We are extremely gratified to be recognized on the national stage for marketing excellence that is both creative and effective in the highly competitive Southern California market,” stated Dana Lee Kovach, president of Kovach Marketing. “These awards pay tribute to our entire team of professionals, who have become exceptionally adept at the art and science of 'creative intelligence.'”

Now in its 28th year, The Nationals pays tribute to superior new-home sales and marketing achievements by individual sales and marketing professionals, homebuilders and associates, and sales and marketing councils. Presented by the National Sales and Marketing Council of the National Association of Home Builders, it is the nation's largest competition for new-home sales and marketing professionals and communities.

As part of this “creative intelligence” process, the Kovach team listens to their clients, analyzes market trends and develops comprehensive programs to fully achieve marketing objectives. Kovach Marketing has recently established a new Nevada division that will focus on applying its “creative intelligence” to the marketing of a wide range of businesses, including new-home communities, hotel and condominium developments and timeshares in the Las Vegas area.
