NEWPORT BEACH, CA – Eager to launch a strong, aggressive and effective campaign for its distinctive new-home neighbourhoods, Taylor Morrison Homes has selected Newport Beach-based Kovach Marketing to create and implement all marketing programs for its Southern California division.


Kovach Marketing will design ads, public relations programs, direct mail, e-mail communications and collateral materials for seven Taylor Morrison communities, including Bellafina in Montclair, Buenaterra in Buena Park, Las Colinas and Los Arboles at Portola Springs in Irvine, Market Street and Shady Grove at Dos Lagos in Corona and Palazzo in Stanton.
