CLIFTON, NJ – Value Companies of Clifton, N.J. has launched a new division to provide full-service management capabilities and customized asset solutions to third-party real estate investment and property owner clients throughout the country. 


   Called Value Asset Management, the division draws on Value’s long history of rental property management, to develop and implement proactive and comprehensive property management plans that will greatly benefit client apartment communities in customer service, maintenance, operations, leasing, occupancy and marketing, according to Jon Moore, Vice President of Business Development for Value, which owns and manages its own portfolio of 3,600 residential units in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Texas and Florida.
