VICTOR KELLY OF RAIDER REALTY SIGNS TWO TENANTS AT LARKEN ASSOCIATES’ HILLSBOROUGH BUSINESS CENTER

HILLSBOROUGH, N.J.  – Victor Kelly, Vice President of Raider Realty, exclusive broker for Larken Associates’ commercial properties, has announced two lease signings at Hillsborough Business Center, the 27-building complex of managed office style/flex warehouse and distribution facilities surrounded by Homestead Road, Stryker Lane and Raider Blvd. 

Mr. Kelly recently signed Prestigious Fragrances, Inc.  to a 4,540 square foot lease for an office and warehouse facility at 6 Jill Court and inked Eagle Contracting Heating & Cooling, Inc. to a 1,135 square foot lease at 5 Jill Court.  The new signing continues the leasing momentum at Hillsborough Business Center which has added several new tenants already this year,

“We’ve rented more than 14,000 square feet of space at Hillsborough Business Center in the first three months of 2011 alone,” Mr. Kelly says.  “And we don’t expect leasing to end anytime soon with several additional businesses showing tremendous interest in the available space at the highly-visible complex.”
