Throughout the month of March, buyers who purchase a new home within a Highland Homes community may choose from a free Green Package or $3,500 towards Green Upgrades of their choice.

The energy-saving Green Package, valued at approximately $5,800, includes many popular energy-efficient upgrades such as Foam Injected Wall Block, Radiant Barrier, Double Pane Windows and Level 1 Mohawk® recycled carpet.

Or, buyers may choose $3,500 of their own green upgrades at the Florida home builder’s Personal Selection Studio.

“Whether buyers choose their own upgrades or the free Green Package, adding green upgrades to a new home will save monthly green,” said Kathie McDaniel, Highland Homes’ Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Going green is better for the environment and it puts money back in your pocket.”

Although it may help you get into the St. Patrick’s Day spirit, you don’t have to wear green to save; however, you must stop by Highland Homes before March 31, 2011 to take advantage of this offer.
