Lennar will unveil the model homes at its new neighborhood of energy-efficient homes at Terraza in San Elijo Hills on June 26, 2010. The two-story homes, which range from 2,182 to 2,721 square feet, feature an extensive package of energy-saving features, including a SunPower® solar system. Homes in the first phase are priced from the mid $500,000s.
