The Providence Group Wins Master Plan Community of the Year for Highlands of Sandy Springs

2013 has been a phenomenal year for The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC and on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013, the Atlanta home builder took home nine OBIE Awards including a Gold OBIE for Master Plan Community of the Year for Highlands of Sandy Springs. The OBIE Awards, hosted by the Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA), recognizes accomplishments in building, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement.

 

“Highlands of Sandy Springs offers a unique mix of condos, townhomes and single-family homes that you cannot find in any other Atlanta community,” said Warren Jolly, president of The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC. “This community has had a very successful year, and we are thrilled that it was awarded Master Plan Community of the Year.”

 

In 2012, The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC introduced new townhome designs and single-family homes to appeal to a wider range of home buyers. The wide variety of product has resulted in an increase of buyer demand at Highlands of Sandy Springs with more than 85 homes sold (25 percent of total sales) at the North Fulton community in 2013. In addition to luxurious homes, the community offers a low-maintenance lifestyle and is within walking distance to fabulous North Fulton restaurants and shops.

 

In addition to Master Plan Community of the Year, The Providence Group won an additional four Gold OBIE Awards, including:

 

  • Marketing Director of the Year: Kelly Fink, vice president of marketing and online sales for The Providence Group
  • Sales Manager of the Year: Brenda Lee, vice president of sales for The Providence Group
  • Sales Team of the Year: Brandon Powers and Michael Georgianna – Highlands of Sandy Springs
  • Best Mobile Website - Builder/Developer 

 The Providence Group also won four Silver OBIE Awards, including:

 

  • Single Family Builder - Detached (Builds 50+ Homes/Year) $500,000 to $574,999: Bethany Commons in Alpharetta
  • Best Building Design - Attached Model Under 2,500 square feet: Three Bridges in Alpharetta
  • Single Family Attached (All Builders) $200,000 to $299,999: Highlands of Sandy Springs
  • Best Website – Builder/Developer
