McCaffrey Homes Named One of Nation’s Top Home Builders by Builder Magazine

McCaffrey Homes has been named one of the nation's top home builders in an annual ranking by Builder magazine, the leading nationwide trade journal for the home-building industry.

Each year, Builder magazine identifies the leading home builders in America by size, total revenue, year-end home sales and rate of change. McCaffrey Homes, a longtime Valley home builder, was ranked No. 113 based on its 212 total home sale closings in 2008. This is the highest ranking for a Central San Joaquin Valley home builder, and is even more impressive considering that the National Association of Home Builders estimates that there are over 80,000 home builders in the country.

The recognition from Builder magazine is the third recent award received by McCaffrey Homes. The company also earned two prestigious housing industry Gold Awards – one from the National Association of Home Builders and a second from the Pacific Coast Builders Conference. Both Gold awards honor McCaffrey Homes for outstanding achievement in architectural design.  

Family-owned and operated McCaffrey Homes has built thousands of homes in some of the most desirable neighborhoods and locations throughout the Central Valley over the past 30 years. The company is currently selling homes at its Palmina, Madison Place and Poet’s Crossing communities.

The six floor plans in this affordable community include as many as five bedrooms, with striking Italian, Spanish and traditional architectural designs accented with brick, stone and ceramic tile. Poet’s Crossing model homes are now for sale starting from low $200,000s.
