Construction is well underway at
Gate 26, a new development of single-family homes set behind a gated entry in
Los Angeles’ Valley Village neighborhood. The project, presented
by Williams Homes, is rising on an established street at the intersection
of Hermitage Street and Magnolia Boulevard.
The community is situated on approximately
one acre and comprises 26 single-family homes with two to four bedrooms, up to three
and one-half baths, and will range from approximately 1,192 to 2,089 square
feet. Three tri-level floorplans will feature open living areas, second floor
decks, and two-car garages. Home pricing is anticipated to begin in the high
$700,000s for select homes and up to the mid $900,000s. Presales are now
underway with model homes slated to debut by year end.
Gate 26 presents an opportunity to
live in a peaceful, gated community and enjoy the in-town lifestyle of Valley Village,
along with the convenience of access to the 101, 134, and 170 freeways all less
than a mile away. Residents will benefit
from local shopping destinations and a great variety of nearby restaurants, cafes,
parks, and recreation. The neighborhood of Valley Village has a walk score of
71 and a bike score of 77 rating the new community’s location as both very
walkable and very bikeable.
“We are pleased to present one of
the most innovative new home communities located in the hub of Southern California’s
entertainment industry,” says Dan Faina, Southern California Division President
of Williams Homes. “At Gate 26, families, couples, and individuals alike
will find the simple convenience of modern living thoughtfully positioned in an
established neighborhood making the way for connected living with the Metro
Orange Line Laurel Canyon station within walking distance and three major
freeways less than a mile away.”
