NEWPORT BEACH, CA – After nearly two decades of award-winning marketing efforts

on behalf of some of Southern California's leading homebuilders and developers,  Newport Beach-based Kovach Marketing is expanding to Las Vegas. The agency has established a new Nevada division and named Lisa Wright senior client services manager for its Las Vegas office.

While not limited to these businesses, Kovach's Nevada division will focus on applying its “Creative Intelligence” to the marketing of new-home communities, hotel and condominium developments and timeshares in the Las Vegas area.

Kovach's announcement comes as the Southern Nevada housing market is experiencing a dramatic turnaround. According to the latest report from the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, single-family home sales in October increased 180% over the same month last year, and condominium and townhome sales more than doubled over a year ago. Realtor Rob Jensen of ReMax Central said, “More affordable pricing and rising sales have helped reduce market inventory and are helping Las Vegas return to stable conditions.”

The selection of Lisa Wright to head its Nevada division enables Kovach to offer clients extensive knowledge of the local market. Wright has held key positions with some of Las Vegas's premier resorts, including Caesar's Palace, Paris and Bally's, as well as Wyndham Vacation Ownership.

As Kovach expands into Nevada, John Wright will provide strategic counsel to the new Kovach division. John has been responsible for more than $1 billion dollars in sales as vice president of sales and marketing for a series of leading Florida developers.

“At a time when most are narrowing their scope, we believe this is the right opportunity to offer our proven marketing strategies to companies in the Nevada market,” stated Dana Lee Kovach, president of Kovach Marketing. “When challenged by today’s marketing conditions, it is important to know what questions to ask and how to apply knowledge and expertise appropriately, and the latest sales figures demonstrate that now is the time to seize the opportunity and employ a smart strategy to gain a significant share of the growing market.

“Kovach Marketing’s Newport Beach Studio will give our Nevada clients easy access to our creative and marketing resources, while Lisa and John Wright will bring on-the-ground experience and expertise to companies doing business regionally and globally, providing the same strong competitive edge that our Southern California clients enjoy,” concluded Kovach.

As a member of Kovach Group of Companies, Kovach Marketing is a strategic marketing firm, a group of multidimensional, multi-talented professionals who have been providing effective marketing solutions for their clients since 1990. Kovach Marketing continues to demonstrate to their clients that it is not just the campaign budget, a celebrity endorsement, or the size of the marketing firm that translates into meaningful, lasting success; it is their special process of understanding the customer at a nuanced level (intelligence), and allowing that insight to drive the creative expression. As part of this “creative intelligence” process, the Kovach team listens to their clients, analyzes market trends and develops comprehensive programs to fully achieve marketing objectives.

With more than 25 years of experience in marketing, Dana Kovach is a successful Orange County woman business owner and the inspiration behind Kovach Marketing. Her leadership has been instrumental in creating effective communication and corporate identity programs for an impressive roster of Southern California clients.
