AT HENLEY ON HUDSON

 

Increased Commissions and Escalating Bonuses for Each Sale

at Riverfront Community

 

WEEHAWKEN, NJ -- Developers Lennar Urban and Roseland Property Company have launched a multi-faceted broker-incentive program designed to reward and stimulate the brokerage community for contributing to the sales success at Henley on Hudson, the European-inspired community rising along the Hudson Riverfront in Weehawken, N.J. facing midtown Manhattan.

Effective immediately, the Henley Rewards program includes an increase to 4% on commissions, as well as a Frequent Buyer Rewards component which offers a $2,500 bonus on the first sale, $5,000 bonus on the second sale, and $7,500 bonus on the third and all subsequent sales.  The bonuses are in addition to the 4% commissions.  Brokers will also have an opportunity to earn a $250 gift certificate to dining favorite, P.F. Chang’s, by earning points for bringing clients to the community.  The more points a broker accrues, the better their chance of winning the monthly drawing.

“We recognize how important the brokerage community is to our continued success,” notes Michael Skea, Director of Operations for Lennar Urban’s Northeast Division.  “We’re simply delivering the message that we’re willing to further compensate them for their efforts.”

Broker activity has been on the rise in recent weeks at Henley on Hudson following the preview opening of the newest offering of single-level condominium homes.  Nearly 150 brokers turned out for a twilight cocktail party earlier this month which included tours of recently-staged,  quick-delivery homes that are currently available with move-in dates as early as August, 2010. 

“The reaction to the Residences at Henley on Hudson was terrific,” notes Jacqueline Urgo, President of The Marketing Directors, Inc., the community’s exclusive sales and marketing agent.  “It reinforced our confidence that we have the right product and price points to appeal to today’s buyers.  We look forward to brokers returning with their clients and benefitting from the new incentive program.”

The Residences at Henley on Hudson features just 27 homes -- including the community’s first one-bedroom design.   The one-, two- and three-bedroom residences are priced from $469,000.
