FREEHOLD, N.J. – The calendar may be inching towards fall but Lennar isn’t ready to say goodbye to summer as the national homebuilder has launched a “Back to Summer Savings” event at its celebrated Greenbriar active adult communities located throughout New Jersey.

The month-long program will provide buyers with extraordinary opportunities at Greenbriar Oceanaire in Waretown, Greenbriar Stonebridge in Monroe Township and Greenbriar Fox Ridge in Rockaway Township.

“The incentives vary by community, but all are designed to enhance value and make living in one of our resort-like communities more attainable than ever,” notes Don Bompensa, President of Lennar’s New Jersey Division.  “These are opportunities buyers simply won’t want to miss.”

New Home Consultants at each of the communities can provide more details on what buyers can take advantage of.

Greenbriar Oceanaire in Waretown features 1,400 single-family homes on 888 rolling acres just north of Long Beach Island where Lennar recently released some of its most desirable homesites at the award-winning community.  The new release includes the last of the community’s “Par” lots -- homesites which do not offer golf or wooded views and therefore have no premiums added to the base price.

Approximately 400 residences remain available for sale at Greenbriar Oceanaire. The community’s luxurious housing layouts feature seven ranch-home designs priced from the $300,000’s, with some homes including lofts.  The impressive amenities include an Arthur Hills-designed, 18-hole championship golf course and a magnificent 38,000 square-foot clubhouse offering indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and boccie courts, a fully equipped fitness center/spa, game rooms, library, computer and craft rooms and a grand ballroom.

At Greenbriar Stonebridge, a community of 946 single-family residences in Monroe Township, Lennar recently unveiled the results of an “extreme makeover” of the active adult community’s model homes and Welcome Home Center.   The dramatic new changes include the introduction of a new model and floorplan, a number of significant improvements and upgrades to the existing homes’ structural and interior living spaces, and the availability of walking tours through the community’s new “Twin” duplex designs which are priced from the $200s, as well as certain locations with extended deliveries up to one year.

Homes range in size from 1,659 to 3,130 square feet of living space.  Nine distinctive designs are available, including some with loft options.   The community features a 42,000 square-foot clubhouse -- the largest in an active adult community in the state of New Jersey – which features a grand ballroom, theater room with stadium seating, billiards room, state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor swimming pool, two-story great room, card room, computer center and meeting rooms.  Outside, residents will enjoy a resort-style pool and expansive sun deck and tennis courts.

Greenbriar Fox Ridge comprises 336 luxury condominium residences In Rockaway Township, offered at prices starting in the $200s – virtually unheard of and possibly never to be seen again.  The community’s distinctive one- and two-bedroom, single-level layouts -- located in elevator buildings with secured underground parking – range in size from 979 to 1,997 square feet of living space.

Lennar has begun giving Hard Hat tours of Greenbriar Fox Ridge’s 16,000 square-foot clubhouse which is currently under construction and expected to be completed in the fall.  The clubhouse will feature a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, social rooms and a tennis court.

Aside from its” Greenbriar” communities, Lennar is also developing several all-age communities, including Cedar Point at Mays Landing, 173 single-family homes located near the Hamilton Mall in Atlantic County; Centreplace at Edison, 198 garden-style condominium homes; and Creek Run at Woolwich, single-family homes and homesites  located 30-to-40 minutes from Philadelphia and Wilmington.
