40 Park-Sponsored Event Drew Current Buyers and Prospective Purchasers

 

MORRISTOWN, N.J – In a scene further validating Morristown’s wide-spread appeal and defiance of the real estate slowdown that has affected other parts of the state, nearly 400 people turned out last Sunday for a four-hour event to enjoy the area’s charming downtown atmosphere and learn more about its most successful new luxury condominium community.

The crowd of people gathered at the sales center for 40 Park, the upscale residential building rising along the Morristown Green in the center of town, where they enjoyed gourmet food & drinks including chocolate strawberries and truffles from local favorite, Enjou Chocalat. 

A strolling magician dazzled onlookers of all ages with his sleight of hand, while Raven the roving Psychic focused her talents on palms, entertaining guests with fun and light-hearted readings.

Clearly, the highlights of the event were the three horse-drawn carriages which took excited guests through the streets of Morristown, around the famous Green and past 40 Park where they viewed the considerable construction progress of the seven-story building which features 74 luxury condominium homes. 

“It was a remarkable turn-out that spoke volumes about the enormous appeal of Morristown and the continued interest in living in the heart of this downtown setting where numerous cultural attractions, great shops, restaurants and theaters and mass transportation options are all just steps away,” notes Debra Tantleff, a Vice President at Roseland Property Company, which is developing 40 Park in joint venture with Woodmont Properties.  

“The event was a fantastic way to experience that sought-after lifestyle first-hand.”

While many of 40 Park’s buyers were on hand to mingle with their future neighbors, most of the guests were new visitors to the Sales Center who came to learn more about the new residential development.

“There was a heavy flow of people throughout the day as many people stayed for hours while new guests continued to arrive,” notes Tom Jablonski, vice president of sales and marketing at 40 Park.  “The energy was terrific and very positive as everyone seemed to share a common appreciation for the area and our building.”
