Friday, May 20, 2016
/ Kovach Marketing
Head for coastal breezes this Saturday, May 21st and make your first stop Current by Shea Homes. The Grand Opening fun starts at 11 a.m. and includes food, beverages and some cool music to keep things lively. It's a great way to celebrate the opportunity for cool contemporary single family detached living in a metropolitan setting just minutes to the beach.
"We're excited to welcome homebuyers to this new neighborhood this weekend," said Janet Benavidez, vice president of sales and marketing for Shea Homes. "Unveiling the beautifully designed model homes is like opening a gift. They really capture the contemporary themes of the architecture, and people can experience what it would be like to really live here."
Current's limited edition of just 24 new single family detached homes will unveil a bold new edition of modern designs. The homes will range from 1,804 to 2,023 square feet, with 2 to 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and attached 2-car garages. The openness of the architectural designs, and cool finishes cater to the aesthetics of today's homebuyers. Entertainment friendly living and dining rooms, outdoor space and showcase island kitchens deliver the high style people want. Options like open stair rails, frosted glass or barn style interior doors add personality, and self expression into the mix.
There are two distinctive floor plans at Current and several ways to use room options to make them fit your individuality. Residence 1 will feature up to 3 bedrooms, with an optional office at bedroom 2. The versatility of this plan allows for creating a private office space or a media room upstairs. It also features 2.5 baths, including a sleek master bathroom with double vanities and a large walk-in shower. This is the kind of casual elegance that feels comfortable every day.
Residence 2 design increases the bedroom count up to 4 bedrooms plus 2.5 baths. Natural light and an open design that expands to outdoors give this plan perfect compatibility with at home entertaining. The kitchen features a central island for casual dining and food prep, along with a large walk-in pantry and lots of cabinetry storage. The spaciousness in this residence really works for everyone.
South Coast Plaza shopping, entertainment and dining is close to Current, along with the South Coast Metro scene. The retro chic of old Costa Mesa is full of fresh ideas and easy fun at the Anti-Mall, The Lab and The Camp. Huntington Beach and the Peninsula are within moments of home, giving Current a best-of-OC location.
Come join in the Grand Opening celebration at Current from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The information center will be open daily Thursday through Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 6 p.m. For directions to Current visit
