Golf Club Estates at Heritage Creek and the Mignatti Difference

“My sister knew of [Mignatti]. They have a good reputation and they aren’t a typical big builder focused solely on mass production and lowest bid contractors,” said Jamison. “Mignatti’s reputation is solid and they have been working in the same region with the same people for a long time. That was a big plus for us.”
