Boone Homes reduces prices on new Richmond homes in Haywood Village

Richmond, Va. – Boone Homes announces price reductions on new homes in Haywood Village, a neighborhood of luxury homes in the Charter Colony planned community. These Richmond new homes, originally priced in the high $400,000s, have been reduced to $399,950.

One of the homes, an Arts and Crafts elevation, features a designer kitchen, ceramic tile shower in the owners suite and landscaped yard. The second is a traditional brick front home with gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors and large backyard.

The price reductions coincide with the opening of a new furnished model home in Haywood Village. The model shows some of Boone Homes’ signature finishes, including a columned-entry dining room, coffered ceilings in the living room, and chair rail with picture frame molding in the study.
