CLB Partners Gears Up for 1Mission Grand Opening with Willis Allen Partnership

SAN DIEGO, CA With the opening of 1Mission, a five-story residential/retail mid-rise in Mission Hills set for mid-November, developer CLB Partners announces a partnership with Willis Allen Real Estate to initiate a major marketing and sales effort. Located on the block framed by Washington, Fort Stockton, Goldfinch and Falcon streets in the historic Mission Hills business district, 1Mission encompasses 94,000 square feet of luxury condominiums and 25,000 square feet of retail space.

1Missions three-person sales team will be headed by Marla Hovland, sales director, and include sales associates Cindy Huckabay and Jeanine Brienza. The sales studio is temporarily located across the street at 4010 Goldfinch Street in Mission Hills until the 1Mission mixed-use complex opens in November. The office is open every day by appointment.

1Mission is a mixed-use project that features 13 two-story townhomes with street-level entrances and 48 single-level flats. More than 30 different floor plans are offered, ranging from 1,057-square-foot, one-bedroom flats to 2,671-square-foot townhomes with three bedrooms and three baths. The developer is offering special pre-opening pricing now through the end of 2009. Prices range from the high $400,000s to $1.2 million and are expected to increase as sales go into high gear in 2010.

To take advantage of this historic neighborhood and stunning skyline views, 1Mission homes feature dramatic oversized windows and ceilings that range from 10- to 19-feet high in living areas.
