California West Communities Andalusia and Monteluz at 4S Ranch Sell Out 23 Homes in an Hour

San Diego, CA – Carlsbad-based homebuilder California West Communities is pleased to announce two phase releases have completely sold-out at the new-home communities of Monteluz and Andalusia at 4S Ranch. Andalusia and Monteluz, located in the popular 4S Ranch master-planned community, sold all 23 homes in less than one hour on Saturday, March 6, 2010.
