Pardee Provides Exceptional Home Buying Experience for Seasoned Buyer

            San Diego, CA  (May 8, 2012)—Chuck and Debby Ingber knew what they were looking for in a new home when they returned to San Diego after a 19 year absence from the area.  They had lived in Carmel Valley before, so were drawn there again to find a home that fit their lifestyle as empty-nesters.  With experience and home buying savvy, they bought their seventh home, a new Bridle Ridge Plan 1 in Carmel Country Highlands.

            “We are absolutely happy with our home, from the product quality to the floor plan,” said Ingber, who is an attorney who works from home.  “Pardee pre-selected several nice upgrades, including trim, flooring and a balcony off the master bedroom, and we are very pleased with the choices.  This home is better in many ways than any other home we’ve had.  My wife and I both think the floor plan is perfect, and even though we have downsized, there’s plenty of space with three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs that serves as a home office.”

            Even after one year in their new home the Ingbers are eager to tell their story. They’re thrilled with the customer service, having found that any problem, no matter how minor, will be taken care of quickly.
