The Sunrise Company Announces the Opening of the Second Phase of Terraza in Otay Ranch and the Unveiling of Two-Story Plans

The Sunrise Company is opening Phase Two of Terraza, an intimate neighborhood of single-family homes in Otay Ranch’s Montecito Ridge, on May 30.  The new phase of 14 homes will introduce seven new two-story floorplans, ranging from 1,966 to 2,275 square feet, and seven three-story plans ranging from 2,508 to 2,833 square feet.  Terraza homes in Phase Two will start at $399,990 and feature three to six bedrooms.  Reservations are now being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; sales will commence on May 30. Homes in Phase Two are scheduled to be ready for occupancy in the early fall.
