PARSIPPANY, NJ, JUNE 23, 2010 – Coldwell Banker New Homes & Condominiums, one of the nation’s largest, award winning residential brokerage firms, was honored once again by the Community Builders & Remodelers Association of New Jersey with prestigious Awards of Excellence during its recent gala event to highlight achievements in new home sales and marketing.

 

According to Vice President David Schoner, the firm walked away with Best Black & White Ad and Best Color Ad by an Associate Member.  New Homes Associate Joan Stamile of Piscataway received the coveted Sales Manager of the Year Award for her outstanding sales achievements and ability to turn a stagnant project into a vibrant, thriving new townhome collection.

 

More than 49 New Homes Associates also walked away with Million Dollar Club designations in excess of $250 million in new home sales in 2009.

 

“We are very proud of these honors and the fact that our peers have once again acknowledged our hard work and dedication to the new home and condominium industries,” stated Schoner.  “We are also proud of the commitment and effort put forth by our new homes associates, who, time and again, show that their talent and expertise bring outstanding sales results.”

 

Among the Million Dollar Club honorees, those who achieved the Platinum level in excess of $8 million were Joan Stamile of Piscataway; Terri Golden and April Hartmann of the Coldwell Banker in Fort Lee; and Grisselle Martinez and Francesco Mazzaferro of Coldwell Banker in Hoboken.

 

Gold level recipients with sales from $6 million to $8 million included Kathleen Milinkovich of Coldwell Banker in Caldwell; Michele Kolsky-Assatly of Coldwell Banker in Fort Lee; Jacqueline Rossi-Greene of Coldwell Banker in Mendham; Kathy Cody-Bjelka of Coldwell Banker in Middletown; and Karen Peters of Coldwell Banker in Wayne.

 

Seventeen Associates achieved the Silver level of sales from $2 million to $5 million.
