Coldwell Banker New Homes Honored with Several Sales & Marketing Awards from NJBA

PARSIPPANY, NJ, APRIL 3, 2012 -- Coldwell Banker New Homes, one of the nation’s largest, award winning residential brokerage firms, received numerous top honors once again at the New Jersey Builders Association’s annual Sales & Marketing (SAMs) Awards Gala during its recent Atlantic Builders Convention in Atlantic City, NJ.


Awards bestowed upon Coldwell Banker New Homes included Best Marketing Strategy for an Attached Community and Best Attached Home over $350,000, both for the sold out Heights at Tenafly by Mark-Built Homes. The firm also walked away with Best Color Ad for an Associate Member for its Spring Fling ad.


More than 27sales associates were also honored with Million Dollar Club designations for new homes sales achievement in excess of $112 million.
