FREEHOLD, N.J. - Lennar is turning March into a month of incredible savings for active adult buyers starting with a special St. Patrick's Day Weekend event this weekend,  Saturday and Sunday, March 12th and 13th, at its Greenbriar residential communities in New Jersey.

Guests of the event will be able to take advantage of specially reduced prices of up to $100,000 on "Quick Occupancy" homes, depending on community and homesite location, as well as an additional $10,000 which can be used to reduce prices even further, lower interest rates or pay for closing costs.

Buyers will also benefit from Lennar's recently-introduced "Everything's Included PLUS" program available on to-be-built homes which offers even more of today's most desired luxury new home features all included in one PLUS package price.

Lennar's St. Patrick's Day Weekend event, which will include refreshments, will be held at Greenbriar Oceanaire in Waretown, Greenbriar Stonebridge in Monroe Township and Greenbriar Fox Ridge in Rockaway Township.

"This is a multi-faceted offering which adds up to unbelievable savings for our customers," notes Don Bompensa, President of Lennar's New Jersey Division.  "For buyers who have long dreamed about moving into a beautiful new home in a resort-like community, there's no better time than now."

Greenbriar Oceanaire features 1,400 single-family homes spread throughout 888 rolling acres of picturesque landscape in Waretown just north of Long Beach Island.  Less than 300 of the home sites remain available for sale. Eight ranch-home designs range in size from 1,900 to 3,100 square feet of living space priced from the $300,000's.  The resort-like lifestyle stems the community's magnificent 38,000-square-foot clubhouse which offers year-round entertainment with its indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and boccie courts, a fully equipped fitness center/spa, game rooms, library, computer and craft rooms and a grand ballroom. There's also an Arthur Hills-designed, 18-hole championship private golf course that is located completely within the community.

In Monroe Township off Exit 8 on the New Jersey Turnpike, Greenbriar Stonebridge features 946 single-family residences ranging in size from 1,659 to 3,130 square feet of living space priced from the $300s. Nine distinctive designs are available, including some with loft options, as well as "Twin" duplex designs which are priced from the $200s. Residents enjoy a  41,000 square-foot recreational facility featuring a grand ballroom, magnificent theater with stadium seating, billiards room, state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor swimming pool, two-story great room, card room, computer center and meeting rooms. Outside, residents enjoy a resort-style pool and expansive sun deck and tennis courts.
Greenbriar Fox Ridge features 336 luxury condominium residences and exciting resort-like amenities in a picturesque setting. Prices currently start in the $200s for one- and two-bedroom, single-level homes that range in size from 979 to 1,997 square feet of living. Homes in the most recently released condominium building already offer Everything's Included PLUS features in the purchase price and boast one of the community's most desirable locations. Construction is underway on the new building, allowing for a limited number of homes to be ready for early summer, 2011 delivery.  Interested buyers can schedule Hard Hat Tours of the building.

Greenbriar Fox Ridge's homes are located in three-story elevator buildings with secured underground parking. Residents enjoy a 16,000 square-foot grand clubhouse that features a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, social rooms and a tennis court.
